All personal training packages range between $700- $900. Each session guarantees a minimum of 2 training sessions per week with me. For best results, I often recommend training 3 days a week.

A complimentary fitness consultation is included in each package. Each consultation range from 30-45 mins.

Yes! If you don’t want to travel to me, I will be more than happy to travel to you and help you reach your goals. However, if you don’t feel comfortable with someone in your home, you can always opt for online personal training.

Each training package must be used within a 6-week time period from the date of purchase to ensure maximal results.
