Why I Create Content
My passion for learning, combined with my desire to help others is what led me to create this blog. I want this blog to be a powerful resource to help people make long-life changes for the better.
Before creating an article I take the time to thoroughly research a topic by using reliable sources. This means using peer-reviewed articles from scholarly journals, reputable news sites and blogs and related scholarly textbooks where possible.
Although I have over 10 years of experience in the field, I always cross-reference information to ensure accuracy- because health information is always changing.
In addition, I also do my absolute best to stay up to date with the latest health and fitness trends by tracking the latest developments in nutrition, and exercise. Not to mention, because I am also a big self-care and personal development advocate, I also do my best to stay up-to-date with both topics respectively.
As I stay up to date with the latest trends, I also read up on new products that are being released and review them accordingly. When it comes to product reviews, I only select items that align with my values and products that I would use myself.
For example, if a company produces something that is not good, or has a potential negative health concern, then don’t count on me recommending it.
Your health and safety is my number one priority.
My reviews are honest, well-researched and unbiased.
Once I’m satisfied with the accuracy of my content, I turn my attention the readability. I want to make sure that the content is engaging, helpful, and easy to understand. I want you to be encouraged to take action on the next step, no matter your current fitness level.
In addition, if there are any uncommon terms or concepts, I always provide additional context, explanations or external links for reference.
Lastly, my main priority is to create a safe and welcoming space within the blog, particularly within each individual article or when addressing questions. It’s important that each reader feels seen, safe and heard while engaging with my blog, to maintain a level of trust.
All in all, I am committed to providing reliable and trustworthy content to all of my readers. I take great care in making sure that all of my content is useful and actionable. Whenever possible, I try to provide readers with advice and action steps that they can take in order to improve their health and fitness.
